Cesme is situated on the west coast of Turkey surrounded by the Aegean Sea.

The distance to Izmir City and the airport is about 90 km. There is a highway the whole way from the airport to Cesme so the transport time is only 60 minuttes.

Cesme is one of the most beautyful places in Turkey. Long beaches with clear blue water and fields cultivated with artichokes, sesame, fig trees and olive groves. You will find everything you wish regarding entertainment but due to the restricted development policy in the area it will never become too crowded and hectic.

Cesme has sunshine most of the year and a soft breeze makes the climate comfortable – even in July and August when the temperatures are highest.

The area is developing rapidly. The health and beauty industries are growing due to the existence of thermal water, and golf lanes will be built in near future. Because of all this property prices are expected to rise in the coming years.
