Office and Shopping Centre

BUROMET has been drawing projects and constructing for several companies in this field. Of the latest developments should be mentioned the construction of a supermarket for the ŞOK - chain.

Villa and Apartment Complex

BUROMET has been drawing and constructing many complex’s in the Alaçati and Cesme area. Of the latest and newly finished should be mentioned the Olive Grove - a 12 semidetached stonehouse villa complex, and the Yasemin Apartments - a 12 apartment complex in the centre of Cesme.

Restoration

To be kept as a witness of history many old Greek (Rum) buildings in the Cesme area are classified as listed properties. All kind of restauration should therefore be kept in strict line with the architecture of that period... BUROMET has been restorating several of these old stonehouses both in the historical village Alacati and in Cesme centre.

Tourism Projects

Besides restoration, shopping centres and villa/apartment complex’s has BUROMET also been constructing for the tourism industry. This has resulted in three hotels located in Ilica and Cesme centre. Atrium Apart Hotel with 30 apartment rooms, Olive Apart Hotel and Harmonie Boutique Hotel.
